Five fitness myths debunked

The fitness industry has come a long way since I began my career in 1987. Exercise science has given fitness professionals a very firm foundation of data by what works, what doesn't, and what's just plain wrong to do. Unfortunately, the decades of excellent research and knowledge hasn't yet trickled down to the typical fitness enthusiast. When I visit various gyms, I still see many incorrect exercise techniques and kangmei slimming capsule beliefs that have been debunked years, otherwise decades ago. Here are my current top 5 myths:
Myth #1- Running is the best technique for losing weight and obtain fit.
Running could be a welcome addition to a lot of fitness regimens, however the notion that it is the first thing you ought to do when looking to shed weight (aka body fat) is just plain wrong. The issue with running- or jogging- is the fact that you have to be already easily fit in to run well. Or perhaps a sealed bag? Weight lifting with dumbells along with a firm grip will help with grip strength, which diminishes with age.
Myth #4- the very best diet is----
There isn't any 1 diet that fits everyone, as every person has a distinctive genetic and environmental makeup and requires.
