3 fitness regimens to tone you up this season


From spinning to some special butt workout plus some suspension fun, here's a lowdown on three regimens you have to try...

1) Soul Cycling

2) Dedicated to your derriere

We've heard of bootcamps and stretch camps and today here's one just to help you get a tight butt. These are a series of exercises that simply concentrate on the lower body -- butt and legs -- rather than providing you with the usual rounded out workout. Once a workout only used by military, it has a steady following of fitness lovers everywhere including celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Olivia Munn, Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Lopez, are all considered ardent of followers from it.
