"I'm a significant maniac with regards to my workouts. I feel dull and moody after i skip my session. For me, eating right is just as important, even though I keep it simple. I do not take supplements. Just eat healthy, home cooked food including fruits, carbs and veggies. I avoid oily stuff, fried and junk food.
